We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
We will also request that you do an unboxing video as you open your package for proper documentation of the return claim. Our returns and refund form will ask you to upload a video file and high-quality images to qualify for the return request.
